I lived 5 hours from the property that I was trying to sell. Once the estate sale was complete and Taylor took control of the property I was amazed at the responsiveness during that time. My experience was great…. I started looking for a house back in June 2022. I got rejected several time from different realtors. Of the four realtors that put together CMAs for me Sarah was the only realtor knowledgeable about current banking requirements that were important to the sell of my home. Her clients are number one to her. When she spent time showing me houses I had her full attention. Unless it is an emergency she does not spend time on the phone while with you. If there are questions concerning the listing and the sell of your home she consults with those that can help her find the answer. She does this before you, as the seller, know that there may be a problem. Therefore, she has had the answer when she presented the possible problem to me.
